Step into the enchanting magic of the lunar cycle at UNLEASHED! Join us for a transformative movement party where you can connect with nature, tune into your body, and celebrate in community.

- Opening Ceremony: Begin with a grounding presence practice and a smoking ritual to connect and circle up.
- Silent Disco Adventure: Enjoy 60 minutes of moving, grooving, and flowing through the beauty of nature — from streets to the foreshore and Frankston pier.
- Free Expression: Follow the rhythm of your heart or let Soph guide you as you unleash your energy and welcome vibrant new vibes!
