With mesmerizing visuals enhancing the experience, you’ll be enveloped in sound in the spacious sanctuary of The Angel, a beautiful arts and event space located in a historic church in the heart of Nyack. This is the perfect setting to immerse yourself and dream with our supportive community. Everyone is welcome!
What to Expect:
- A warm welcome to all participants
- A choice of comfortable seating or lying down options
- Guided visualization meditation to ground and center you
- A 60-minute immersive vibraphone and vocal journey
- Reflection time to share your insights and experiences
Seating Options:
- Sound Bath Style: Lie on the floor in front of the stage. Bring a mat, blanket, and anything to lie down comfortably. (Limited to 20 people)
- Meditation or Reclined Style: Seated on cushioned pews. Bring a pillow for extra comfort.
- “Sleeping in Church” Style: Lie down on cushioned pews. Bring a pillow and an optional blanket. (Please remember to remove your shoes!)
