Get Ready for Luminous x Michael Sebastian @ The Sanctuary &Soul!
Join the vibrant Luminous dance community for an unforgettable night of music and movement! On March 20th, we’re thrilled to present a special collaboration with the extraordinary Michael Sebastian at the stunning The Sanctuary &Soul in Shoreditch. As the New Moon approaches, symbolizing fresh beginnings, come set your intentions and dance like never before!
Experience our signature style of conscious dance, featuring:
- Guided Warm-Up: Kick off the evening with a unique warm-up led by Michael Sebastian, inspired by his latest album. Break free and unlock your self-expression through movement!
- Ecstatic Dance Journey: Dive into a 2-hour ecstatic dance adventure with DJ Gumbo, merging live instrumentation from Michael Sebastian. Feel the rhythm of Amapiano, Afro & Melodic house, Techno & World Groove as we create a euphoric dancefloor experience!
- Closing Circle: Wind down with a cozy closing circle and connect with fellow dancers until 10 PM.
Event Schedule:
- 6:30 PM - Doors Open: Enjoy slow, soothing music as you arrive.
- 7:00 PM - Guided Warm-Up: Facilitated by Michael Sebastian with music from his upcoming album.
- 7:30 PM - Ecstatic Dance Journey: Dance to 2 waves of afro-inspired music with live loops from Michael Sebastian.
- 9:30 PM - Closing Circle: Reflect and socialize until 10 PM.

- Arrive on time!
- No footwear (unless necessary).
- Respect personal space.
- Stay hydrated - BRING BOTTLES!
- Wear comfortable clothes for movement.
- Phone-free zone during the event.
- Feel free to bring instruments to jam (some provided).
- No alcohol or drugs. Over 18s only.
