What is Ecstatic Dance?
Originating on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2000, Ecstatic Dance has become a global phenomenon, offering a safe space for self-expression and connection through movement. Here are the guidelines to honor during our event:
- Move in a way that feels good to you while respecting others.
- This is a substance-free event.
- No talking on the dance floor—let the music guide you!
- Photography is not allowed; be present and dance!
Event Schedule:
- 6:45 PM - Doors Open (Please arrive before 7:30 PM!)
- 7:00 PM - 7:25 PM - Yoga Warm-Up with Ariana Bates
- 7:25 PM - Opening Circle
- 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM - Ecstatic Dance with DJ Dre & DJ Ariana Bates
