Hey, I’m Mal. I’m a producer and DJ based out of Germany. I’m not really about the hype or the pyrotechnics—for me, it’s just about the sub-frequencies and the energy in the room. I grew up obsessing over sound design, trying to figure out how to make my bedroom shake, and that eventually turned into playing out for real crowds. I’ve been lucky enough to play some solid sets at spots like Gretchen in Berlin and the Blackbox at Bootshaus, along with a lot of sweaty underground parties in between.
